On July 16, 2025, the Reanda International European Regional Meeting 2025 was successfully convened in a hybrid format at the Parkhotel Heilbronn. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Gerard Uijtendaal, Regional President of the European Region of Reanda International and Managing Partner of Reanda Netherlands. Approximately 30 partners and representatives from nearly 15 network firms across Europe and other regions—including Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Malta, the Netherlands, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, the UAE, and the UK—attended the event. Chairman Mr. Huang Jinhui and CEO Mr. Franklin Lau, both attended the meeting in person and delivered keynote speeches.

The meeting commenced with addresses from Chairman Huang and CEO Mr. Lau. Chairman Huang provided a comprehensive review and outlook on the development trends of the global and Chinese economies for 2024 and 2025. He highlighted recent developments within Reanda International and the European region, as well as the fourth five-year plan of Reanda International and the development strategy for the European regional office. He emphasized key initiatives for 2025, including attracting investment, delivering one-stop professional services, and enhancing brand recognition.

CEO Mr. Lau followed with an overview of Reanda International's achievements in 2024, outlined the work plan for the latter half of 2025, and discussed the establishment and growth of the consulting network. Mr. Uijtendaal also delivered an opening speech reflecting on the regional developments.
Subsequently, the meeting featured a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding on Membership Arrangement with the Spanish firm Miñana Beltran Tax & Legal.
Hosted by Mr. Uijtendaal, partners and representatives from network firms in Spain, Bulgaria, Germany, Turkey, the Netherlands, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Saudi Arabia, and the UK shared insights on the latest developments within their firms. They discussed their experiences in serving Chinese enterprises and interpreted significant tax and business policies relevant to their regions. Partners engaged in meaningful dialogue on "The Current Status, Future Trends, and Service Experiences of Chinese Enterprises in Europe," fostering consensus on enhancing support for Chinese enterprises and assisting Reanda in expanding its market presence in Europe.
The meeting also included a focused discussion on Reanda International's ESG and sustainability initiatives. Participants emphasized the sustainable development training program launched in collaboration with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), as well as partnerships with the Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China (GPIPC). Attendees explored potential collaboration areas, including consulting services, international tax cooperation, AI/IT applications, and the utilization of audit data analysis software, generating numerous innovative collaborative ideas.
As the meeting drew to a close, partners provided suggestions regarding the upcoming 2025 Annual Conference. The hosting firm, Reanda Germany, expressed gratitude in a closing speech, thanking all participants for their invaluable support.
Mr. Bharat Rijal, Director and Vice Regional President of the Southeast Asia and South Asia Region of Reanda International and Managing Partner of Reanda Nepal; Mr. Sunil Jagetiya, Director of Reanda International and Chairman of Reanda UAE; Mr. Avinash Jagetiya, Regional President of the Middle East Region of Reanda International and Managing Partner of Reanda UAE; and Mr. Surapon Thawanyavitchajit, Managing Partner of Reanda Thailand, attended the meeting online. Ms. Zhang Xiaoyue, Assistant President of Reanda International, and Ms. Wang Yang, Senior International Business Coordinator of Reanda International Beijing Headquarters, attended in person. Personnel from Reanda International's Beijing Headquarters and Hong Kong Administrative Office participated online throughout the meeting.
