The Reanda Middle East and Africa Regional Meeting was successfully concluded in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on 1 October 2025. Hosted by Mr. Rashed Awaji, CEO of Reanda Saudi Arabia, this hybrid meeting brought together more than 10 partners and personnel from Australia, Egypt, Mauritania, Morocco, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, UAE and Zimbabwe.

Mr. Huang Jinhui, Chairman of Reanda International, delivered an opening speech through video conferencing. He provided a comprehensive review and outlook on the development trends of the global and Chinese economies for 2024 and 2025. He also highlighted recent developments within Reanda, particularly in the Middle East and Africa region, and the network's fourth five-year plan and regional development strategy.
Mr. Franklin Lau, CEO of Reanda International, followed with an overview of the latest developments in the Middle East and Africa, Reanda's initiatives and activities in 2025. He also outlined the work plan for the second half of the year. Mr. Avinash Jagetiya, Regional President of the Middle East and Africa of Reanda International and Managing Director of Reanda UAE, Mr. Rashed Awaji, Vice-Regional President of the Middle East and Africa Reanda International and CEO of Reanda Saudi Arabia, and Ms. Nadia Yaich, Vice-Regional President of the Middle East and Africa Reanda International and CEO of Reanda Tunisia shared the developments in the Middle East and Africa region.


Subsequently, the meeting featured a signing ceremony for a Member Firm Arrangement with Reanda Morocco. An MoU was also signed between Reanda Saudi Arabia and Reanda Tunisia.
Representatives from Egypt, Mauritania, Morocco, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and UAE introduced their latest developments and expertise in their respective regions, with a focus on sharing important local tax policies and changes in the business environment. Additionally, the partners analysed the investment hotspots and pain points of Chinese enterprises in Middle East and Africa and discussed how to enhance service capabilities.
During the meeting, CEO Mr. Franklin Lau also shared about the sustainability training program jointly launched by Reanda and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), as well as the progress of collaboration with the Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China (GPIPC). Furthermore, the partners discussed potential areas for cooperation in consulting services, international tax collaboration, application of AI/IT technologies, and implementation of ISQM 1 as well as auditing and data analysis software.

Prior to the Middle East and Africa Regional Meeting, Reanda Saudi Arabia hosted a welcoming dinner on 30 September 2025 for attending guests and network firms, where CEO Mr. Franklin Lau shared the latest developments of the network.
