Successful Seminar on "Financial and Tax Compliance for Chinese Enterprises in Serbia" Held in Belgrade, Serbia

On 18 July 2025, Chairman Mr. Huang Jinhui led a delegation to participate in a seminar titled "Financial and Tax Compliance for Chinese Enterprises in Serbia," held at Kopilovic & Kopilovic Law Firm. This seminar brought together partners from well-known local law firms and financial consulting firms, alongside representatives from over ten Chinese enterprises operating in Serbia, to discuss critical aspects of financial and tax compliance as well as investment opportunities for Chinese enterprises in Serbia.

The seminar commenced with opening remarks from Ms. Han Ni, Accounting Coordinator at Laiou & KK Financial Consulting, who welcomed the attendees and introduced the agenda. Chairman Huang was then invited to provide an overview of Reanda. In his address, he emphasized that Reanda, as an international accounting and consulting network with a Chinese background, is committed to safeguarding the overseas economic interests and information security of Chinese enterprises, striving to be a trusted global business service partner for cross-border investment and operational development of Chinese companies. Following his introduction, Ms. Zhang Xiaoyue, Assistant President of Reanda International, elaborated on the network’s comprehensive one-stop service system.

Ms. Ivana Kopilovic, a partner at Kopilovic & Kopilovic Law Firm, and representatives from Laiou & KK Financial Consulting addressed investment incentive policies, cross-border tax regulations, core principles of value-added tax, investment and tax regulations, and labor compliance requirements. They provided a thorough analysis of key policies while highlighting potential risks associated with investing in Serbia.

During the discussion, representatives from Chinese enterprises engaged in in-depth exchanges with Chairman Huang and the attending experts regarding financial and tax compliance for Chinese Enterprises in Serbia. This seminar provided valuable guidance on financial and tax compliance for Chinese enterprises in Serbia, helping them navigate challenges in the investment and operational processes, seize investment opportunities, and achieve steady growth.
