Press release from the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship last night has confirmed our understanding on some of the critical terms and conditions for granting this subclass migration visa. This also confirmed the commencement date of this visa on 24 November 2012.

The Business Intellect Group with its alliance partners has already established an Australian Regulated Private Equity Managed Fund for the public with the view that it will assist the visa applicants to satisfy these requirements:
- Submission of an expression of interest
- Nomination by NSW government
- Subscribe to the amount of Australian dollars $5 million in our Australian complying investment fund

Our Private Equity Managed Fund is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (“ASIC”) and it has the following mandated features to invest in Australian assets and limited to the following:
- Infrastructure projects in Australia
- Cash held by Australian deposit taking institutions
- Bonds issued by a state or territory government
- Bonds or equity in Australia companies listed on the Australian stock exchange
- Bonds or term deposits issued by Australian financial institutions
- Real estate property in Australia
- Other ASIC regulated managed funds that invest in the above asset list
