On 12 April 2025, Reanda International commemorated its 16th anniversary with a dynamic symposium held in Beijing, themed “Enterprises Going Global Steadily with Professional Support and Guidance”. The event convened over 60 distinguished participants, including government officials, industry experts, business leaders, and international partners, to reflect on Reanda's remarkable journey in international development while exploring the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in overseas investments.
The symposium commenced with Mr. Franklin Lau, CEO of Reanda International, welcoming the esteemed leaders and guests in attendance. Ms. Gu Yanfen, former Member of the National Leadership and Secretary-General of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Executive Vice Chairman of the China Red Ribbon Foundation and a senior volunteer of Reanda, delivered a welcoming address. Mr. Huang Jinhui, Chairman of Reanda International, highlighted the network’s significant achievements in internationalization over the past 16 years. The keynote address was presented by Mr. Chen Jian, Special Advisor to the National Committee of CPPCC Talent Pool for Participation in Deliberation and Administration of State Affairs and former Vice Minister of Commerce.
A key highlight of the symposium was the strategic cooperation agreement signed between Reanda International and the Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China, with Ms. Song Yuyan, Director of the Secretariat of the Green Partnership, addressing the audience on the importance of this collaboration.
The presentation sessions featured insights from esteemed guests, including Mr. Ma Jianchun, President of the China Society for WTO Studies and former Ambassador of the Chinese Embassy in The Gambia; Mr. Wang Yaping, President of the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, former Commercial Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Cyprus and a senior volunteer of Reanda; Mr. Tang Jianhua, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Secretary-General of CICPA; and Mr. Zhang Fenglin, Party Committee Secretary of the International Business Division of Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. They engaged in a thorough analysis of the theme "Risk Prevention and Opportunity Exploration for Chinese Enterprises Investing Overseas," providing invaluable perspectives and recommendations.
Subsequently, Mr. Avinash Jagetiya, Regional President for the Middle East and Africa of Reanda International and Managing Partner of Reanda UAE, along with Mr. Ali Lakhany, Partner of Reanda Pakistan, shared their experiences regarding Business Services for Overseas Chinese Enterprises.
During the interactive exchange session, participants actively discussed solutions and suggestions for the challenges faced by Chinese enterprises operating overseas, as well as strategic recommendations for Reanda International's global development. The event concluded with insightful closing remarks from Mr. Wang Liyan, Professor at Peking University's Guanghua School of Management and a senior volunteer at Reanda.
This symposium not only celebrated Reanda International's achievements over 16 years of internationalisation but also provided valuable insights that resonated with all attendees. The event was met with enthusiasm and appreciation, reinforcing Reanda's commitment to supporting enterprises in their global endeavours.
