On January 30, 2026, Reanda Tax & Consulting Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Reanda Hong Kong") and China Construction Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CSCEC Steel ") officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the headquarter building of the CSCEC Steel in Shenzhen, China. Through the signing of this Memorandum of Cooperation, both parties will further deepen collaboration between Reanda International’s overseas member firms and the overseas regional divisions of CSCEC Science and Industry. Together, they will provide multi-disciplinary professional services, offering comprehensive, high-quality integrated service support for countries and regions along the "Belt and Road" initiative in adopting Chinese smart building solutions and low-carbon designs, and jointly promote high-quality project development and sustainable cooperation.
Mr. Huang Jinhui, Chairman of Reanda International, was accompanied by Mr. Yang Shuhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Construction Science and Industry Corporation Ltd. (or CSCEC Science and Industry), to attend and witness the signing ceremony. Mr. Franklin Lau, Managing Director of Reanda Hong Kong, and Mr. Cai Yulong, Deputy General Manager of CSCEC Science and Industry and also Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CSCEC Steel, signed the MOU on behalf of both parties.

During the signing ceremony, Chairman Mr. Huang introduced the development history of Reanda International and reviewed the long-standing foundation of cooperation with the China Construction Group. Through this cooperation, a long-term platform of mutual strengths, shared value, and synergy could be established to jointly promote technological innovations and high-quality works of China's construction industry to go global further.
General Manager Mr. Yang Shuhua extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Reanda Hong Kong and members of the Reanda International Network. While he introduced the business developments of CSCEC Steel, he accredited Reanda International's global resources and professional capabilities. This MOU signing marks a good start for deeper cooperation between the two parties and provides the win-win collaboration to achieve resources sharing in the global market and to open up broader business prospects for each other.
Prior to the signing ceremony, the Reanda International delegation visited Shenzhen Steel Structure Museum and Exhibition Hall of CSCEC Science and Industry, and also the Guangdong Intelligent Manufacturing Base of CSCEC Steel, gaining in-depth understanding of CSCEC Science and Industry's innovative achievements and development accomplishments in the steel structure industry.
Reanda International arranged its delegation to China with representatives from Reanda Hong Kong, Reanda UAE, Reanda Indonesia, Reanda Morocco, Reanda Saudi Arabia, Reanda Singapore and Reanda Tunisia.
