Reanda China wins audit contract worth RMB18 million for the Evergrande Real Estate - the second-largest real estate developer in Mainland China

Reanda China is pleased to announce that the firm has won the audit for the Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited - the second-largest real estate developer in Mainland China.

Reanda China will undertake the audit of the Group's financial statements for the financial years 2021 and 2022 as well as the review work for the 2023 interim. The audit engagement letter has been entered on 7 April 2023 with a contract amount of RMB18 million (equivalent to approximately US$2.6m). The project will be led by Ms. Zhao Xiaowei, senior partner of the Reanda China Beijing head office and jointly undertaken between the Beijing head office, the Shenzhen branch and Guangdong branch of the firm. Evergrande Real Estate’s previous auditor was PwC.

This is another milestone of winning super conglomerate since Reanda China undertook the audit for the listing of the China Metallurgical Corporation, a Fortune 500  company back in 2009.

Reanda China delegation led by Chief Partner Mr. Huang Jinhui visited Evergrande Group’s office in Guangzhou, China and entered the related audit engagement letter on 7 April 2023
