On 11 April 2025, Reanda International and the Tianjin Enterprises “Going Out” Service Alliance successfully co-hosted a symposium titled "Policy Coordination and Capacity Cooperation—New Opportunities for Chinese Enterprises Going Global" in Tianjin. This event was organized in conjunction with the China-SCO Conference on Industrial Cooperation for Sustainable Development, under the guidance of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce. It attracted over 70 experts and business representatives from government, academia, and various sectors, focusing on topics such as the evolving landscape of multinational economic and trade cooperation, overseas intellectual property insurance services, and enterprise compliance.

Mr. Huang Jinhui, Chairman of Reanda International and President of the Tianjin Enterprises “Going Out” Service Alliance and Mr. Dong Tan, Deputy Director of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Division at the Tianjin Commission of Commerce, opened the event with welcome addresses. Mr. Huang emphasized the importance of navigating the complex and dynamic global economic environment, highlighting the dual challenges and opportunities that Chinese enterprises encounter as they expand internationally. He expressed his hope that the symposium would foster policy coordination and capacity cooperation, assisting Chinese businesses in effectively tackling international market risks.

The event featured insightful keynote speeches from distinguished speakers, including Mr. Xu Tongkai, former Deputy Director-General and Inspector of the European Department at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (now Ministry of Commerce); Mr. Ma Jianchun, President of the China Society for WTO Studies and former Ambassador of the Chinese Embassy in The Gambia. They provided in-depth analyses of the current challenges and opportunities in international economic cooperation, along with strategic policy recommendations for Chinese enterprises venturing abroad. Additionally, representatives from Reanda International, PICC Tianjin Branch and Tianjin Jinnuo Law Firm shared innovative case studies and experiences, focusing on professional service models, overseas intellectual property insurance, and compliance investment strategies.
During the sharing session, partners from Reanda International presented insights into the business environments and cross-border compliance challenges in various markets such as Hong Kong, Pakistan, Singapore, and the UAE. They shared practical experiences and market insights with the attendees to navigate diverse investment landscapes, mitigate risks, and explore collaboration opportunities.
This symposium provided a platform for the participating Chinese enterprise representatives to deepen their understanding of the new opportunities and challenges associated with expanding their global footprint.
