On 24 June 2025, the National Industrial Parks Green Low-Carbon Development Investment Promotion Exchange Event was successfully held in the Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone. The event was attended by Mr. Ling Ji, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Commerce and Deputy Representative for International Trade Negotiations, and Mr. Lin Shucheng, Vice Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Political Consultative Conference, who delivered speeches. Mr. Franklin Lau, CEO of Reanda International, Ms. Huang Chaohui, Director and Partner of Reanda China Sichuan Branch, and Mr. Ren Aimin, Deputy Director and Technical Partner of Reanda China Sichuan Branch, were invited to attend the conference to deepen their cooperative relationship with the Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China (GPIPC).
This event was organized by the Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China (GPIPC) and aimed to comprehensively promote the opening of green low-carbon scenarios in national economic development zones and effectively facilitate the investment and application of foreign technology. During the event, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce’s Foreign Investment Division and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment’s Science and Finance Division interpreted relevant policies on the green high-quality development of the parks. Carbon peak pilot parks such as Shihezi, Harbin, and Jiangning shared their pathways and experiences in green low-carbon construction. Advanced green foreign enterprises such as Rockwell, Hitachi, and Schneider presented applicable green technologies and cooperation models, and jointly initiated the "Cooperative Initiative for Promoting Green Low-Carbon High-Quality Development in National Economic and Technological Development Zones" with Veolia, Honeywell, Takasago Construction, Yokogawa Electric, and Kawasaki Energy. The event also invited representatives from parks in Jiaxing, Tongcheng, and Xi'an, along with representatives from two foreign enterprises, JunKai Environmental Management and GeRun Environmental Protection, to discuss and exchange ideas on "Models and Pathways for Promoting Foreign Investment Cooperation in Green Low-Carbon Scenarios in Parks."

To further enhance communication between national economic development zones and foreign enterprises, the event also held a special event titled "National Economic Development Zone Green Low-Carbon Technology Matching Exchange Meeting," where representatives from over 50 parks and more than 30 foreign enterprises engaged in on-site discussions, resulting in multiple preliminary cooperation intentions.
Reanda International will actively collaborate with the Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China (GPIPC) in the future, promoting more national economic development zones to leverage the construction of zero-carbon parks as an opportunity to deeply explore green low-carbon scenarios, innovate new models for green investment attraction, and attract more advanced foreign enterprises to invest and operate.
