Reanda’s client COTELL Intelligent Technology (Shen Zhen) Co., Ltd. passed the review successfully and obtained Equities Exchange and Quotations letter 2017 No. 4501 “Letter regarding Approval of the Quotation of COTELL Intelligent Technology (Shen Zhen) Co., Ltd. on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations” on 26th July 2017.
Since Reanda undertook this task, we examined and reviewed all the key procedures and completed the auditing task with the cooperation of COTELL, which led to a pass of the review and a letter regarding approval of the company on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.
